SHIPPING

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 Business days.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at £6.30

Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery!

If you would prefer a different method of shipping, please get in touch with us.

 

SAFETY AT HOME

All our products where appropriate carry the CE mark.
Our products are unsuitable for children 0-3 years due to small parts and possible choking hazard.
Always dispose of all plastic packaging bags, packaging, tags and any removable and/or loose parts before giving to a child.
Always ensure that an adult supervises when stuffing and making bears/animals.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Goods are subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that goods are not available, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Inventory is taken every one month to keep this as accurate as possible. Where payment has been made a full refund will be given or alternative goods to the equivalent price can be exchanged if this is preferred.

Should you require a larger quantity of goods that don't appear to be in stock, please email paws@huggybears.co.uk contact us using our secure form.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All credit/debit card transactions are carried out via Paypal or authorised third party companies.  We do not store any card information on our systems. Any information given is protection by the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

RETURNS

In the event of damaged/faulty goods, please contact us to arrange a full refund or replacement within 7 working days.

If you wish to return an item which is not faulty or damaged please contact us via email within 7 working days of receipt. Any item must be in its original condition and original packaging. PRIOR ADVICE OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN MUST BE ADVISED TO US IN WRITING OR WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.  Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. A full refund will be made to you based on the conditions above. Please note any discounts that have been applied due to volume purchase or promotions will be deducted from the refund to you. Please also note that complete kits must be returned for refund. We will not refund only elements of returned kits, such as stuffing bags etc.
