Safety
All our products where appropriate carry the CE mark.
Our products are unsuitable for children 0-3 years due to small parts and possible choking hazard.
Always dispose of any packaging, tags and any removable and/or loose parts before giving to a child.
Always ensure that an adult supervises when stuffing and making bears/animals.
Availability of Goods
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that goods are not available, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has been made a full refund will be given or alternative goods to the equivalent price can be exchanged if this is preferred.
Returns Policy
In the event of damaged/faulty goods, please contact us to arrange a full refund or replacement within 7 working days.
If you wish to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, please contact us in writing (post or email) within 7 working days of receipt. Any item must be in its original condition and original packaging. PRIOR ADVICE OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN MUST BE ADVISED TO US IN WRITING OR WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. A full refund will be made to you based on the conditions above. Please note any discounts that have been applied due to volume purchase or promotions will be deducted from the refund to you.

Postage
We will obtain proof of postage for all Royal Mail orders. This is the point where our responsibility for shipping of all orders ends. If an item goes missing, we will endeavour to offer assistance to you in investigating your query.
Small orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are priced according to weight.
Most larger orders (such as multiple kits for parties) are despatched by next day carrier at a charge of £10.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will carry a higher charge and are priced according to weight.
We are not able to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with a neighbour or any other special delivery instructions.

Courier
All courier orders are trackable to the point of delivery. Signature is required for courier deliveries. Should delivery be required where the recipient is unable to receive the goods – they may be left in an unsecure location at recipient’s own risk, we must have a written instruction (eg email/letter) to the fact and this will be at the discretion of the courier.
