Guarantee
We ensure that all our products carry the CE markings.
Delivery Schedules
We will endeavour to dispatch your item as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, especially at busy times. Should you require your order in a short time scale, please indicate this on your order and we will endeavour to prioritise your order if possible.
Back Orders
If your items is not in stock we will try and back order for your. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Courier Service
All courier orders are trackable to the point of delivery. Signature is required for courier deliveries. Should delivery be required where the recipient is unable to receive the goods and they are requested by the recipient to be left in an unsecure location, this will be undertaken at the owners own risk, and will only be permissible where written instruction has been given by the recipient (e-mail).
Royal Mail Postage
We always obtain proof of postage for Royal Mail orders. This is the point whereby our responsibility for shipping of the order ends. If you have undertaken the additional insurance services we offer, and an item goes missing, we will try to offer assistance and support to you in investigating your query.
Returns
In the event damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to arrange a replacement/refund within 7 working days.
If you wish to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, please contact us in writing (post or e-mail) within 7 working days of receipt. Any refund of this nature will not include the original postage costs which must be met by you. The refund will also be liable to a 10% deduction to cover our finance and administration costs. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. PRIOR ADIVICE OF YOUR INTENTION IS REQUIRED IN WRITING OR WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. Your order reference number must also be quoted. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Gift Vouchers
Huggy Bears cannot be held responsible for the fraudulant use of an e-voucher code which has been correctly sent to the e-mail address given. E-gift vouchers are clearly worded to deter fraud as follows:
'YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO USE THIS CODE, EITHER YOURSELF, OR TO PASS IT ON AS A GIFT, IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED IT FROM www.huggybears.co.uk. This is a unique code which can only be used only once, so please take care of this code as it is effectively a pin number to enable access to the credit you have purchased. We will investigate any aparant fraudulant use and report it to the necessary authorities for further action as necessary.'
