Delivery Details

UK deliveries that are in stock are normally delivered within 5-7 working days from receipt of your order, however if you require your order urgently please call us on 0844 884 4842 and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude all public holidays.

Delivery Charges for the UK

Standard Delivery:
Goods up to £15.00  £3.50
Goods from £15.01 - £20.00 £3.80
Goods from £20.01 - £34.99 £4.50
Goods over £35.00  Free Delivery (Royal Mail only)

Express Courier Delivery:
Flat rate £11 for UK mainland only. Please call for courier charges to other areas.

Delivery Disclaimer

Postage

We will obtain proof of postage for all Royal Mail orders. This is the point where our responsibility for shipping of all orders ends. If an item goes missing, we will endeavour to offer assistance to you in investigating your query.

Small orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are priced according to weight.

Most larger orders (such as multiple kits for parties) are despatched by courier.

We are not able to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with a neighbour or any other special delivery instructions.

Courier

All courier orders are trackable to the point of delivery. Signature is required for courier deliveries. Should delivery be required where the recipient is unable to receive the goods – they may be left in an unsecure location at recipient’s own risk, we must have a written instruction (eg email/letter) to the fact and this will be at the discretion of the courier.

Returns

All returns are at your own expense except where your purchase is deemed faulty. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We would recommend that returns are sent to us Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
